Prior to Peak Signal, Julian built his expertise through senior product, technical architecture, and implementation roles at leading international media and telecommunications conglomerates. He has managed complex content supply chains and delivery systems for global television and VOD networks, served as a principal architect for major broadcast infrastructure, and directed customer operations for large-scale OTT platforms. His earlier technical foundations include extensive broadcast engineering work across live sports and news.

At Peak Signal, Paula brings her expertise to a diverse range of customer projects, from defining metadata blueprints and optimizing supply chains to streamlining booking-to-billing processes, shaping go-to-market strategies, and enhancing service delivery for media and technology providers.

Victoria brings over 15 years of deep expertise across technical, operational, and customer-service focused roles within broadcast operations.

Most recently as Arqiva’s Head of Customer Experience, she led their Customer Experience, Service Excellence and Technical Pre Sales teams. Victoria specialises in strategic operational improvement and service design, driving measurable customer experience improvement action plans, leading comprehensive customer survey activity and analysis, and effectively managing senior stakeholders to ensure strategic delivery.

Apprentice AI/ML Engineer

Matthew hopes to bring a new perspective to the world of broadcast media through the use of cutting edge machine learning and artificial intelligence to help drive meaningful change and data driven insights.

As an artificial intelligence apprentice Matthew is at the forefront of this new field focusing on data management and modelling in the rapidly evolving media landscape. He is currently focusing on helping to modernise how companies navigate and harness their data in an effort to future-proof the next generation of content supply chains.
