At Peak Signal, we believe feedback should drive more than just better business decisions, it should drive positive change. That’s why every time someone completes one of our surveys which we run on behalf of our customers, we donate to a charitable cause. No catch. Just a simple way to turn your feedback into real-world impact.

So when you take part in a survey run by Peak Signal, you’re not just sharing insights – you’re helping make a difference.

How it works

For every completed survey, we add to a donation pot, and once the survey is completed we donate that money to charities that are driving change we feel passionate about.

Our current recipients

Stagetext

Making arts and culture accessible for Deaf, deafened and hard-of-hearing audiences

Stagetext provides captioning, digital subtitling and live subtitling for arts and culture events, ensuring everyone can enjoy cultural experiences. Donations made are used to support their outreach, training and ongoing advocacy work.

We know that there are 18 million adults in the UK who are deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing and are missing out on cultural experiences.

LendwithCare

Empowering entrepreneurs and reducing carbon footprints

LendwithCare, a project by CARE International UK, enables people to fund small businesses in developing countries through microloans. This not only supports economic independence but also promotes sustainability. The donations made have been used to support communities most at risk of climate change in addition to creating a cleaner world through LendwithCare’s Climate Positive grants.

International Broadcasting Trust (IBT)

Ensuring global issues stay on the media agenda

IBT works behind the scenes to influence how international stories are told in UK media, from humanitarian crises to climate change. Their efforts help ensure that vital but often overlooked global issues stay in the public eye. As IBT do not accept public donations, we have donated to one of their beneficiaries, Internews.
