Eurovision Services provides industry leading production, contribution, processing and distribution services for the world’s leading sports rights holders. With an ambitious technical and operational change project underway, Peak Signal provided support to help manage change into their organization.

THE CHALLENGE

New technology platforms and operational processes were required to go live on Match Day 1 of the new competition cycle. The programme to deliver these changes was in full flight, and to successfully deliver change into the organization, it was critical that the impact of the change was understood and any knowledge gaps were addressed.

THE SOLUTION

Peak Signal captured, analyzed and categorized the change that was to be delivered into the customer’s organization. A detailed training plan was prepared, with clear learning objectives per team, and the sequencing needed to provide awareness, knowledge and capabilities to the customer’s team to hit critical project milestones.

“It was a genuine pleasure to experience first-hand the coherent approach of Peak Signal on this project. Their expertise made them a powerful partner, which guided us through the analysis and assessment of the complex environment we had to frame, introduce, and train people for.

Peak Signal proved themselves with their strong skills in process analysis and their ability to clearly depict the finding-to-action process. The Peak Signal team was composed of experienced professionals who understood our environment and the technologies we use, meaning that we were able to on-board them quickly and maximize their input.

Once the environment, interactions and challenges had been mapped, Peak Signal helped to design a training plan for various teams using the train-the-trainer method.

By having Peak Signal on board, we were able to introduce a complex environment to our teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Purely and simply reassuring.”
