Our customer needed help gathering and analysing customer feedback in a way that was independent and unbiased.

THE SOLUTION

Peak Signal helped to define KPIs that aligned to their business goals and prepared an online survey to gather feedback from customers across all regions. Additionally a number of in depth interviews were also carried out with senior contacts at key customers. The feedback was then synthesized and a clear and actionable set of recommendations produced. This was then presented back the management board as well as the regional commercial teams.
