THE CHALLENGE

Our customer initially needed help to identify the key operational readiness focus areas to launch the OTT service and then to evolve the processes and procedures during the early life of the channel

THE SOLUTION

Peak Signal undertook a two phase approach:

  • Phase 1 which involved a one week targeted discovery work with the identification of an immediate Action Plan
  • Phase 2 which involved working with the operations, technical and programme teams to define the operational processes and roll them out. This phase also involved working with key suppliers to ensure that operational procedures were in place with them as well
