Our client, a large international broadcaster, faced significant operational strain in their Media Operations team from processing content for linear and rapidly growing non-linear (VOD) platforms. The highly manual processes were a barrier to delivering more content to non-linear platforms. Any improvements were required within their existing technology estate and at minimal cost.

THE SOLUTION

Peak Signal defined ‘TO BE’ processes focusing on end-to-end optimisation of Media Operations workflows to remove manual operations and provided a solution to achieve these improvements by leveraging the client’s existing technology estate, specifically their Vantage system and scheduling system. This meant that there was more capacity in the Media Operations team to manage more content through the supply chain to support the demand for an increased number of deliveries to non-linear platforms.
