Working for a large UK service provider, whose portfolio includes contribution and distribution of streaming and VOD services for a range of global broadcasters, the assignment was to provide in-life and new product development support.

THE CHALLENGE
The customer manages occasional use and 24/7 streaming services for sports federations and thematic content owners.  Products needed to be transitioned into cloud environments; requiring the cost profile to be optimised in order to maximise revenue potential.
