THE CHALLENGE
Our customer needed help identifying and categorising focus areas for the existing product, aligned to market research. They needed to define a number of inputs for a product enhancement business case across both technical and commercial requirements.
THE SOLUTION
Peak Signal prepared captured information on the current product, worked with internal teams to identify areas of focus for product development. In order to provide qualified business case inputs, an RFI for a keyproduct development was produced and responses assessed. In house development requirements were scoped and costed. Additionally, optimisation of the product’s existing cost based was undertaken.
